Been together too long? Are they like a worn out recording of your favorite song?…. Well, these chinos like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain AND making you look awesome - so get ready. This spring, chinos are getting a make over, receiving much needed punches of vibrant color. Red, Green, Turquoise - you name it, it’s out there, waiting for you to find it. Now, we’ve all had a pair of colored chinos before… and you might have even paired them with a pop color polo (I’m pretty sure at my lowest I wore bright green, critter chinos with a double popped collar - so we’ve all been there)… but these are different. A slimmer fit, broken-in wash and a “workwear” feel gives this breed of chinos a rugged, heritage feel rather than a preppy, tennis match feel. Cuff them, throw on a chambray shirt and some desert boots and you’re ready to build something… or go to brunch. Gap offers the pair pictured for $59, Rugby has a slew of options for $69.50 (I’m partial to the GREEN) and if you’re a sucker for soft hand-feel, try out Save Khakis awesome colors! They’ll set you back like $150 though… so be SURE you like them ;)

How dare you treat as if I was anything other than the virtuous gift that I am for my value is priced far beyond rubies - why didn’t I know that? You left me a former shell of myself. All of those years of lies and fooling myself into an IDEA of what I wanted you to be rather than what you are - has left me empty and bitter. I don’t know how to be myself anymore, or even if myself is myself. And I hate you for making me question that. When you found me, you found a good thing - stuff and all. I owe you a lot, and now that I got my power back, I promise to pay you back nice and easy. But don’t get too excited OTHER - for now, I look for ANOTHER. And this NOTHER, will never be an OTHER because he will appreciate my beauty and all of the things that make me the queen that I am - throne, stuff, and all.
